My Squishies: Make & Grow(한국어명: 왁뿌볼 키우기, 이하 “앱”)는 기능 제공, 구매 처리, 서비스 안정성 및 광고 제공을 위해 아래 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 계정 정보: Apple 또는 Google 로그인으로 제공되는 서비스별 사용자 식별자를 인증과 계정 연결에 사용합니다. 앱은 로그인 과정에서 이름·이메일을 요청하지 않습니다.
- 연령대 정보: Apple이 공유한 연령 범위 또는 이용자가 선택한 만 14세 미만·만 14~17세·만 18세 이상 구분을 연령에 맞는 기능과 광고 설정에 사용합니다. 정확한 생년월일은 수집하지 않으며, 선택한 구분은 기기에 저장합니다.
- 게임 데이터: 제작한 볼, 재료, 프리셋, 진행도와 설정을 앱 기능 및 CloudKit 저장·병합에 사용합니다.
- Game Center: 이용자가 기기에서 Game Center에 로그인한 경우 Apple이 관리하는 플레이어 식별자·표시 이름, 업적 진행도와 순위표 점수를 Game Center 인증, 업적 및 순위표 제공에 사용합니다. 앱 운영자의 서버로 Game Center 프로필을 전송하지 않습니다.
- 구매 정보: 상품 ID, 구매 및 복원 상태를 StoreKit 구매 처리, 부정 사용 방지와 고객지원에 사용합니다. 전체 카드 정보는 앱이 수집하지 않습니다.
- 광고·사용·진단 정보: 기기 식별자, 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·상호작용, 앱 상호작용, 성능·오류 정보를 광고 제공, 빈도 관리, 분석 및 안정성 향상에 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 고객지원 정보: 문의 내용과 회신 주소를 요청 처리와 분쟁 대응에 사용합니다.
- 사진·녹화: 사용자가 명시적으로 저장하거나 공유할 때만 기기 사진 보관함 또는 iOS 공유 시트를 사용합니다.
2. 광고와 추적
앱은 Unity LevelPlay 및 그 광고 네트워크를 통해 배너, 전면 및 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 현재 출시 버전은 모든 연령대에 비개인 맞춤 광고 설정을 적용하고, 만 18세 미만 이용자에게 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 추적 기반 기능을 추후 제공하는 경우에도 성인 이용자의 iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 먼저 받으며, 동의하지 않아도 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 아동 및 혼합 이용자
앱은 다양한 연령이 이용할 수 있는 혼합 이용자 서비스입니다. iOS 26 이상에서는 Apple의 Declared Age Range 기능으로 생년월일이 아닌 연령대 공유를 요청하며, 공유를 거절하거나 지원하지 않는 기기에서는 만 14세 미만·만 14~17세·만 18세 이상의 연령대만 직접 선택합니다. 생년월일은 수집하지 않습니다. 만 18세 미만 이용자에게는 미성년 대상 광고 설정을 적용하고 추적 권한을 요청하지 않으며 개인 맞춤 광고와 Google Analytics 제품 분석을 제공하지 않습니다. 검증 가능한 법정대리인 동의 기능을 제공하기 전까지 미성년 이용자의 Apple·Google 계정 연결, 클라우드 저장 및 외부 공유는 비활성화하고 기기 내 게스트 저장과 앨범 저장만 제공합니다. 보호자는 아래 연락처로 아동 정보의 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리
기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 Apple(App Store, Sign in with Apple, CloudKit, Game Center), Google(Google 로그인 및 Google Analytics for Firebase), Unity LevelPlay 및 연결된 광고 네트워크가 각자의 정책에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google Analytics는 만 18세 이상 이용자가 별도로 허용한 경우에만 사용하며, 화면 이동, 제작·녹화·드로우·광고·구매 퍼널과 같은 미리 정의된 제품 이벤트만 전송합니다. 이름, 이메일, 볼 이름 같은 자유 입력 내용은 전송하지 않습니다. 법적 의무 이행, 권리 보호 또는 보안 사고 대응에 필요한 경우에도 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.
5. 보유, 보호 및 국외 처리
정보는 목적 달성 또는 법정 보유기간까지 보관한 뒤 삭제하거나 식별 불가능하게 처리합니다. 서비스 제공자의 서버가 다른 국가에 있을 수 있으며, 전송 시 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.
6. 이용자의 선택과 권리
iOS 설정에서 추적·사진 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 연결 계정과 CloudKit 저장 데이터는 앱의 설정 > 계정 및 클라우드 데이터 삭제에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 별도의 열람·정정·삭제 지원은 goodsahn@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요. 요청자의 본인 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
7. 변경
서비스나 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 이 방침을 갱신하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026. My Squishies: Make & Grow may process provider-specific account identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in; gameplay and CloudKit save data; StoreKit purchase status; Game Center player identity, achievement progress, and leaderboard scores when the player uses Game Center; device identifiers, coarse location, ad engagement, product interaction and performance data; support messages; and photos or recordings only when the user chooses to save or share them. The app does not request a name or email address for account linking.
We use this data to authenticate users, provide and merge saves, provide Game Center achievements and leaderboards, process and restore purchases, provide support, serve and measure ads, understand acquisition and in-app journeys, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Apple, Google (including Google Analytics for Firebase), Unity LevelPlay, and participating ad networks may process data under their own policies. Game Center profile data remains within Apple's Game Center service and is not sent to our own server. Analytics events use predefined screen and feature values; names, email addresses, user-entered ball names, and other free-form content are not sent as event parameters.
This is a mixed-audience service. On iOS 26 or later, the app first requests an age range through Apple's Declared Age Range API; if sharing is declined or unavailable, users select only one of three bands: under 14, 14–17, or 18 and older. The selected band is stored on the device to apply age-appropriate features and advertising settings. We do not collect dates of birth. Users under 18 receive age-restricted advertising treatment, are not asked for tracking permission, and do not receive personalized ads or Google Analytics product measurement. Until verifiable parental consent is available, Apple or Google account linking, cloud saves, and external sharing are disabled for minors; local guest saves and saving recordings to the device's photo library remain available. Analytics is enabled only when a user aged 18 or older separately allows it. Declining analytics or tracking does not prevent use of the app.
Data is retained only as needed for these purposes or legal obligations. You can delete a linked account and its CloudKit save in the app under Settings > Delete Account and Cloud Data. You may change permissions in iOS Settings or request additional access, correction, or deletion support by emailing goodsahn@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
